  They have seemed perpetually short staffed since they first opened. Don't stop by if you're in a hurry.

  Our food took 20 minutes to come out and we had only a burrito. Asked the employees kindly multiple times but they didn't do anything to help.

  Me and my wife have visited many Taco Bell’s in the past (we have been eating there for nearly 40 years) and this was THE WORST!!!!! When I was in this location, there was not a SINGLE employee in sight to help people order at the counter, old eyes such as mine have difficulty seeing or understanding the touch screens inside of the location. I said “excuse me” SEVERAL TIMES, and nobody came to the counter to assist me in placing my order. This, being a major setback alone, did not stop me from placing my order as someone eventually helped me and my wife order our food. I was happy someone was coming to help us but was majorly UNHAPPY AND DISSATISFIED when the employee could barely speak English and read our order back to us with MAJOR UNCERTAINTIES. As we sat down, we noticed that the location is barely maintained in terms of cleanliness and is extremely dirty at most of the areas where people sit down and eat. And when I went into the men’s restroom there was a PUNGENT SMELL that left me coughing and was clearly different than a bowel movement as expected from a public bathroom, it was just pure filth. When we got our food they got my order very wrong and forgot 2 of our tacos. This was a displeasing experience and I will be happy to never return to this location ever again. Good lord the Taco Bell’s in the 1980s were so much better!!!!
