  Ordered a shake and some curds. Asked the manager on duty if I could eat in the parking lot so I could take a conference call and not drive. I was then told if it would take longer than 20 minutes I'd have to leave. The lot was empty, it was 8 at night. Kinda crappy from the mgmt team here, I would've been bothering no one. Now I'm going to find somewhere else to take my call and will make sure to never eat here again

  I didn't get all the items I requested. I didn't get charged for the omitted items. Called and spoke with the person that took my order and he apologized but didn't offer to remedy the error.

  A few days ago my husband went and got drinks, our server was Shelbi, i was on the phone with him when he ordered, she was rude and rushing him, he repeated his drink 3 times, when he got home it was wrong and i went up there and told her this is not right and she fixed it by adding stuff into the drink she already made that was NOT what i ordered. Today my husband went back and ordered 2 drinks and a mozz stick, Shelbi was the server again, she didn’t ring the drink up right, only rang up one, and then charges us for 2 mozz stick and we only got 1. Shelbi is rude and does not know manners nor how to take an order clearly.

  We have only had sonic maybe once or twice in my life but the food was good and I may go more often.

  They close early. Many order issues and you could be the only one there as a customer and you’ll still be waiting about 20 minutes for two meals.
