  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service at Sonic! I stopped by Sonic in the afternoon after my appointment, and I wanted to recognize the two young employees working at the time. They were both very professional, friendly, and caring. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, but one of the young men had black hair and may have been Hispanic. He was extremely helpful and took the time to help me choose the perfect drink that worked for me as someone with diabetes. I really appreciated that he listened to what I needed and helped me make a good choice instead of making me feel rushed. It's always nice to receive this kind of customer service, especially from young people who take pride in doing their jobs well. Great job, Sonic! Please recognize these two employees for providing excellent customer service! 👏🏽❤️

  Store ripped me off. I paid and when I got there the store was being demolished. No one at home at the 1800 number. What a great scam Sonic has created using their app saying the store is open and collects your money anyway. Wow! The con owner must be making a mint. When/if it reopens please boycott this store. There are three or four very close and have honest owners. This one does not.

  Food was great but everyone seemed rushed and it still took a decent amount of time which tells me management is cutting a dime and over working some poor underpaid soul
