  Order was delivered 20 minutes late, missing items. When we asked the driver about them, they had to check the receipt and then responded with “I don’t have it, you’ll have to call the office”. Called the store, they said they weren’t ACTUALLY in the store then offered a credit. I had to request a refund, to which they informed me that it won’t even start processing until Monday. Drivers need to check receipts before they leave stores, as this isn’t the first time weve had this exact issue with no real fix.

  Let me tell you what I’m looking for in a pizza when I order one. I’d like it to not be half raw dough, not be sitting in a lake of grease, and not be 100% stuck to the box. This location failed me on all 3 tonight. Also, tipping for pizza carry out is complete crap. If I don’t put a tip when submitting the order through the app, I’m not going to tolerate you having the nerve to say “before I give you your pizza you ALREADY paid for, please answer the prompt for tip while I stand staring at you like I’m owed something.” I will never go back.

  Wish I had gotten the man’s name. I believe this is the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve ever had. Super supreme and it was loaded. Great atmosphere.

  The bread stick were not cut good. They also tasted like they had jalapenos on them They arrived 20 mins after they said they would be here. No pizza was marked
