The manager will let a group of older, Republican men come and sit every morning for hours, giving them a large coffee even if they only pay for a senior coffee (and they never buy food), with her and other staff treating them like royalty, even better than customers who buy food. If you inquire about this, manager will say these men give big to the Ronald McDonald House although I don't think they do. I believe she says this to justify how she treats them. You can listen to them talk, with their putting Democrats down and you know they're not benevolent nor giving big time to the Ronald McDonald House, although may they put some money in the small box at the checkout sometimes. Just because they come every morning like clock work and have for years does not mean they should be treated like royalty, even better than customers who buy food. I find it annoying that McDonald's all across America won't let a homeless person come and stay for more than 30 minutes, even if they buy something and it's cold outside, while they allow older men like this to come and stay for hours every day although they don't buy food. If that's not unfair, discriminatory and unkind, I don't know what is! No, I don't believe these older men give money to the Ronald McDonald house big time, and I think the manager should stop untruthfully telling people they do to justify the royal treatment she gives them. These men have a "right" to be there if they make a purchase but they shouldn't be treated better than other customers.
