  Burgers and fries tasted stale, we were told they’d bring us our pies after 10 minutes. 20 minutes later and I have to walk in for the rest of the order. Overall bad location with bad service.

  I gave this location a 3 because I don't think they EVER change their grease. The fries are always the worst of any McDonald's location, luke warm and taste like old, dirty grease. The cheeseburgers are good, the chicken nuggets are hit or miss, the service is friendly. It used to be the best location years ago but it must have changed ownership as the quality just isn't the same.

  I don't understand what's going on with this store. It's always this one where I get bad service. They don't take orders properly; we have to repeat them more than once, and today was the worst. This isn't the traditional, perfect way they serve Sundays. They never give me what I order correctly. I recommend going to the store on 95th Street because this one is getting worse and worse. The staff is slow to deliver if you eat there, even though there are never any other people eating inside.

  Bruh. Ordered online and got half our order, but was told to pull up because our McChickens weren't ready. No problem at all, I don't mind. 10 mins pass by, nobody brings our order out. I worked at McDonald's and I can say for sure making a fresh batch of McChicken patties does not take 10 minutes. My bf ended up having to go in and ask for the rest of our order. I ended up eating my order in the car before he even got his McChickens 😔 BOO
