- TDTatyana DuleyMay 10, 20261.0I always come to this McDonald’s every morning and never have an issues. I order and I’m able to get my food at a reasonable time frame. But today was a different story! It’s Mother’s Day and I decided to order inside because the drive thru was packed! Usually it’s no biggy I’m there for 5-10 minutes the longest. Today I was waiting for my food for 25 minutes. The employees was only worried about and clearing the drive thru. When I went to the desk to ask what’s taking so long the drive thru was completely empty! They had cleared the screen for all the customers waiting in the lobby! I just feel like the morning crew needs to be trained better on how to get everyone including the lobby out at a reasonable time or something because now I was late to work waiting for some food that shouldn’t have took 25 minutes! Not to mention my food was COLD!
