- CBChristian Bruckner4 days ago1.0This place is a shithole now . Some girl just carelessly, intentionally ,aggressively handed me my sandwich and it fell on the ground in the drive thru. I honestly said no lettuce or tomatoes and she put lettuce and forgot the cheese , mayo, chocolate chip cookie and the BAG🤣🤣. She was going to hand me a half ass sandwich for almost $18.00 ? 🤣🤣She was beyond rude and disrespectful. There’s video. Then the manager or whoever was trying to intimidate me by coming outside .I didn’t end up eating the food or drinking the drinks for fear they might have been spit on them. The meal was for my son. I’ve been coming to this Jimmy John’s for two years and outside of cost haven’t had any issues until today . Horrible experience .

I had stopped on the way home from school and I loved not having to go inside. The only thing I would change is the drive through wait was a little longer. However I would definitely come here again.
