  I ordered online and it wasn’t on the pre order rack. It took me a full 10 minutes to get something I already ordered online. They already had the food in the package and just forgot to put it out. Rookie mistake. I like the food but the employees didn’t looked excited to be there. It could have been faster and better.

  Very small area to pick up sandwiches, it was very unorganized. Took a very long time for 1 sandwich, other ppl that ordered after me got there's first.

  Not the biggest thing but they forgot a bag a chips. No big deal. Didn’t notice until I was home. Called it in, they gave me a credit on the chips for a future order. But only if I called in an order or did it in person. Not on my account. Of course I call in a new order. They don’t see my credit. I’m out.
