  Came in to Jimmy John's for the first time and the man at the counter named Andrew gave AMAZING customer service. Answered all my questions and told me about his favorite sandwich. Which is now my favorite! Great place to go!!

  Had a takeout order and my sandwich had so much mustard all over it that it was inedible. And there was no cheese. It’s really gone downhill.

  Hats off to this stores jimmy john crew! I ordered a toasted sandwich with no cheese because I’m very allergic. Our food came and my sandwich had cheese on it so I called the store and they apologized, got my order remade and through in a drink and chips for the inconvenience!!! Thank you jimmy john

  Staff was competent but no speaking made ordering confusing. And $27 a meal is a bit pricey for fast food.

  I've been wanting a jimmy John's for a while and decided to stop here. The sandwich was good but the service was bad didn't great me or say can I help you, all I got was stares from both employees.
