Myself and a coworker walked into the dining room for a late lunch during the week last week. There were about 4-5 employees working behind/ near the counter but none of them turned around to acknowledge us. We stood in front of the glass case of bagels trying to decide what to get but also waiting for someone to acknowledge us so we knew where to order (no signage stating where to place order/pay for your order BTW). After waiting about 5 minutes with no one saying anything to us, another customer walks in and comes up to the counter ‘in line’ and waits with us. Mind you, this entire time the employees behind the counter are making orders, turning around and calling out names for people waiting in the dining room so they know that we are there. They have absolutely seen us. There’s also what appears to be a manager standing right next to us with a clipboard doing what I would assume was inventory of the cold case with drinks and tubs of cream cheese. That person didn’t acknowledge us either. Then about a couple minutes after the person behind us came in, an employee turns around, greets her and then proceeds to take her order without once again no acknowledgment of myself or my coworker. I pointed out to the employee that we had been there waiting and no one acknowledged us. The customer profusely apologized for cutting in line but I told her that she didn’t need to apologize and it wasn’t her fault the employees aren’t paying attention. Not a word from any of employees while this was going on either. What’s the deal with the lack of proper customer service with this location?

This store is an absolute joke and so are the employees that work here. Clean house and start over. This is the worst run and managed location I’ve ever seen. I grew up in this area this place used to be popping on the weekend people in and out filling up their coffee the restaurant was full, drive through orders didn’t take 25 minutes. It’s not a product problem it’s a staffing problem an a management problem. If the people that work here are this miserable and making a bagel is hard work with a pretty much empty store you are doing something wrong and need to go back to the basics. Done with the employee excuses here too.

Really amazing and friendly staff! They work well together to make sure the food is of good quality and gets out quick, especially during a rush!

This store is TERRIBLE. I have gone at least 5 times to pull up to the drive-thru and either get "this store is closed" recording (when it shouldn't be, and isn't because I see people ordering inside) or just get completely ignored. I really enjoy the bagels which is why I keep trying, but when they can't get it together enough to take care of the drive-thru that they are supposed to be running, that's poor customer service. I am unable to go in majority of the time because I have my dog with me and will not leave her in the car. One time I went in, and told them that people are waiting in the drive-thru, me being one of them, and he said "Oh, yeah, there's only 3 of us here". Either put a sign on the drive-thru saying you're short staffed and can't manage the drive-thru too, or pay the employees a livable wage and hire good people who can and want to work. It's so frustrating to go out of my way to grab a quick, but healthier, breakfast on the way into work to leave with wasted time and no breakfast.

Blonde girl with ponytail needs to be fired. I went through the drive thru to pick up an online order. She says okay, pull around to the window. Someone in the drive thru in front of me got their food, so I pull up to the window. I’m sitting there for a while, and notice there’s no one working the window. After waiting 15 minutes at the window (with people lining up behind me, they were taking orders but no one was completing them at the window), I park and go inside. The girl who is supposed to be in the drive through is STILL taking orders on the headset in the dining room. She puts an order in the computer from the drive thru right in front of me, but doesn’t even look at me. Her coworker, who was taking someone else’s order, asks if she can help me and I let her know I had an online order in the drive thru but no one was in the window. The blonde girl on the headset grabs my order that’s still on the shelf and throws it on the counter in front of me and walks off. I go… Okay? And her coworker who is obviously uncomfortable apologizes. I just watched 3 people in the drive thru ORDER and then drive away because no one in the window completed their order.
