  Walked in and stood away from the order kiosk as my daughter and I were still deciding what we wanted. The attendant at the kiosk yells "can I help you?" So I let her know we're not quite ready. She rolls her eyes and walks away, to the back of the store. A few moments later, I go to the kiosk ready to order, and wait. And wait... and... wait. She walks by several times and doesn't acknowledge. Another employee is making orders nearby so I ask if I'm in the correct spot to order (there are other kiosks in the store, but this one has "order here" sign). She yanks off her gloves and says, "I guess I can take your order." I sense frustration, so I let her know I can use the online order app if it's easier for her. She replies, "nope, I'm already here now." I order two bagel, one sweet, one savory. (P.s. those other kiosks are where you pay... not sure why I couldn't just order there or pay where I ordered but ok. ) Fast forward. I get my order (same with other reviews that this takes waaaaay too long) and I hear the original girl say (fairly loudly), "she doesn't have to come back, go somewhere else!" Mind you, this location has a drive thru so I may not have been the target, but I was the only person in the store, and it was very uncomfortable. I say thank you and leave. Get home and find out my apple cinnamon bagel has onion and chive schmear lol. I guess that serves me right. Anyway, 2 stars for the one guy who attempted to be nice to me. Otherwise, this store is a hot mess with some unpleasant employees.

  This location is on the struggle bus. The speaker at the drive through must be broken they ask you to repeat your order over and over no matter how loud you say it. Wait times are too long even when no one is in line. The people usually taking orders are not the friendliest.

  FRESHLY MADE DAILYIt’s the only Bagel I eat! My bagels have to be made fresh and I won’t eat any other bagels in town. . Love love! It’s not Frozen! The BEST!

  If I no like leave zero stars I would. I ordered on the way home from a medical procedure. Arrived to find all staff members missing. Husband had to go looking and found them all out back doing god knows what. He asked a young woman where to find his order and she snapped at his “well, have you even check the shelf?!” Which had and the bag wasn’t there. They gave it to him, the whole bag was cold and one should have been toasted. There was no cream or sugar for the coffee and no one would get him any. When I get to check the sandwiches I found they had completely ruined the order making it inedible. I called and the manager hung up on mw the first time. Second time she gave me a different dead end number to call and refused to help me further…… disgusting food and service at this restaurant highly do NOT RECOMMEND
