  My son wanted to have his birthday party at Dave & Buster’s, so we originally contacted the Legends location. Unfortunately, the experience there was not very helpful. We were basically told that everything was online, and when I asked about accommodating parents along with the children, I was told parents would just need to start their own tabs. We were really looking for a place where both kids and parents could comfortably enjoy the party together. We also stopped by to try the food beforehand, and honestly, it just wasn’t very good. At that point, we were starting to reconsider even booking a party there. Thankfully, while searching online, I came across the Overland Park location and decided to give them a call. That’s when we met Veronica, one of the managers there, and she completely changed our experience. She invited us to come in, showed us the party rooms, went over pricing with us, helped us figure out accommodations for the parents, and even let us sample some of the party food beforehand. That level of customer service meant so much to us because without that experience, we probably would not have booked a party at all. One thing we really loved was that the party rooms were private, which made the environment so much more comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice being able to enjoy the party without all the loud noise and distractions from the gaming area. It honestly made a huge difference for both the kids and the adults. I also want to recognize Keegan, who helped show us around and explain all the different party options and activities available. He was friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful from the moment we walked in. The Overland Park location was clean, organized, and well staffed. The games were working, the staff was attentive and quick to help, and the party itself turned out to be a huge success. The food was actually really good, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate Veronica, Keegan, and the entire staff for making my son’s party such a great experience. I would absolutely recommend the Overland Park Dave & Buster’s to parents, families, friends, and even visitors from out of town. If you’re visiting the Kansas City area, this is definitely a fun spot worth checking out before you leave. Thank you again for making our experience such a memorable one!

  So, I know it's a super loud game joint but, when eating at any of the D&B locations the noise is so loud you can't hear yourself think. Several locations remodeled which is nice but they should have put sound barriers to somewhat drown out the noise from eating. On another note, I like those coin pusher machines and this location had them, not only that, when there so few cards a nice employee came and filled the machines giving the several players half a chance to get some of the Star Trek cards... many thanks and the reason for the 5 stars.

  Shana was amazing. She has an amazing personality. She makes great drinks, and even better conversation. She told us about the make a wish donations. We donated! She told us about happy hour. I got a dangerous waters and my Girlfriend got a bud light. We got the ten dollar wings! I everything is as great. Will be back to see her!

  Great atmosphere for kids and families. Some of the games didn't function properly but 90% of them did. Drinks were pretty expensive at 25$ for a beer and a mixed drink.

  Shanna was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She went out of her way to help a uniquely abled guest who didn’t have enough money for the photo booth by giving him $5 from her tip jar.That small act of kindness made a his day. Thank you, Shanna!
