  Went here a couple days ago to get a good easy on the way meal that was close. I walked in and got them scooping half scoops of chicken and 3/4 scooping of rice……………….. Please give me 1 scoop no less

  This place is awful! They skimp on the portions and it is ridiculous. Haven’t been going to this location for 3 years because of this exact reason and I guess they still haven’t fixed it.

  It was a little cold where we were sitting. Good food and great service (they had to be a bit patient since we had a picky eater with us). Nice area overall.

  As a mom, this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I've ever had. My daughter can't eat spicy food, so before ordering I specifically researched which protein would be appropriate. We first ordered the steak, and it was so spicy that she couldn't eat it. I then looked online and was led to believe that the regular chicken was the mild option and even tried calling them numerous times but no one answered - so that's what I ordered next. When it arrived, it was also extremely spicy!! I assumed there had been a mistake and that we'd accidentally received the Honey Chipotle Chicken. I tried calling the restaurant over and over again, but no one answered the phone. My daughter was hungry, it was getting late, and the rest of the family had already eaten, so I placed a second order at my own expense. During that order, the restaurant called because they were out of San Pellegrino. I was super annoyed but honestly relieved just to finally be able to speak with someone. I specifically asked the employee to confirm that the regular chicken was NOT spicy because the previous order had been inedible for my daughter. She assured me it was not spicy. The second order arrived...and it was the exact same thing. Again, the chicken was incredibly spicy. At that point, I got in my car and drove to the restaurant with both untouched bowls. The employees were kind, but nobody actually resolved the problem. I was simply told I'd have to go through Uber Eats for a refund. I was literally standing there with two brand-new meals that no one in my family could eat, and no one offered to make it right. Then the manager told me that they had changed the chicken recipe and that it is now spicy. My immediate question was, "So what are kids supposed to order?" His response was essentially that kids still order it, even though he acknowledged that it is spicy. That is incredibly misleading. If your regular chicken is now spicy, please say so on the menu and in the Uber Eats app. Parents should not have to guess. This wasn't about getting free food. I paid for TWO separate meals trying to solve the problem. I spent over two hours dealing with this, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, drove to the restaurant myself, and still had to leave and find another place to feed my hungry daughter. The staff was friendly, but the customer service was nonexistent. Nobody took ownership of the situation. Nobody offered a replacement. Nobody apologized in any meaningful way. I was simply passed off to Uber Eats after wasting my entire evening and having a hungry child at home. Not that they care at all but they just lost a customer.
