Everything was sticky and messy from shifts of people coming and going and nobody taking the time to clean. Massive disappointment for whomever is managing this. Will not be eating here again.
- JMJumana MohSep 20, 20261.0It's annoying when i'm waiting 30 mins in line because only one person is working the line, and when i finally get my bowl started, the employee decides to tell me later that they are out of what i wanted including rice and protein, because the cook went on break.... mind you the people in front of my wanted steak and they failed to have back up replacements for that too. i should've been informed of all the missing ingredients while i was standing in line to prevent my time being wasted or atleast before starting my bowl. i have always had issues with this location and it will definitely be my last time coming back.

- GSGrant ShreveSep 6, 20261.0I didn’t realize that we were in an active war zone where considering the rations of rice and meat I got. I thought paying for double meat meant I would at least have a full serving in my bowl, but they must have gotten their steak from dwarfed cows with how little is in my bowl. The rice must be hand prepped one piece at a time because I don’t even have half of the bottom of my bowl covered in rice. I could go out, buy in bulk all of the ingredients, and feed a family of 6 with the price of this bowl and yet my rice looks like I got this food for free. And to top it off they were out of vinaigrette. I have been to chipotle more times than I can count and not a single time have a seen a soul get vinaigrette with their meal. So either there was no vinaigrette to begin with, or the ghost of vinaigrette came back to this chipotle and stole every last one they had. Very disappointed in a once great establishment.
