  I get there, employees on their phones, the place is empty. Good. I won't be hurried, I think. I tell the guy please make my burritos slowly so I can get the correct ingredients on my 3 burritos. (It's a gift for Mothers Day and I have particular people at home.) I say, "I'm not as fast as you guys." He immediately starts making all 3 at once and is impatient like we are on the Indy 500 race track and hurries me through. I don't know which burrito I'm on at the end. I tell the woman at the cashier would it be easier in the future if I wrote it all down? She says "No just tell them at the beginning." I tell her -in a regular voice- "I did, and twice!" She looks at me like "what's your problem?" No response. Boo. End result I paid for guac twice -good for them- and two of the burritos are wrong. I am just going back to my other location even though this way closer. I want this location to work but they need help listening/respecting customers.

  I visit this location often. Usually they're really good. Today is Sunday. I arrived before noon. There were 3 groups ahead of me. It took me nearly 25 minutes to pay. No sorry. No acknowledgment of me being there. All I heard was online orders first, online orders first. Very disappointing. When they finally made my order I was being rushed as if I were an inconvenience for their online orders. Such a bar experience I will likely never visit this location again.

  Usually good at this location. But last visit was a disappointment. Burrito bowl barely had any food in it. The dont order online myth is proving to be true.

  It’s usually so good and our preferred location. But today, the steak was fatty, seasoned poorly, and came with a hair. The chips were undercooked and very pale, very hard to bite into. The seasoning on them is always good though. I don’t know if it was a different cook today, but it was inedible.
