Then we get bowls they put so much sour cream on it or gauc it’s like soup absolutely ridiculous, went tonight. A kid was trying his best but the manager was on his phone instead of helping the poor kid, and again no ice

Staff has always been friendly but something has drastically changed with the food. Maybe cooks or recipes not being followed. Not sure as other locations still taste great! And don't dare go after 8pm because they are out of everything, even lettuce and cheese. And then won't give you a discount for their lack of food. It's definitely needing some better management to get it back to where it was!!!

Just walked out mid order as workers scrapped empty containers, tried to serve old and scarce amounts, and overall cleanliness was very concerning. Staff had horrible attitudes many people working but no fresh food. Stay away!!!

I just want to call and speak to an actual person working there to ask them if i can have them put extra rice on my bowls with this online order I put in. But this AI that answers the phones, can’t comprehend any of that. I miss the old days where you get a REAL person AT the actual store answering WHEN YOU CALL THE LOCATION. Smh
