  1 star rating is too good for this horrible chipotle location. I came in today and wanted to get myself a bowl and my child a kids meal. I was originally being helped by a man and started ordering the bowl first. This rude lady working there cuts me and him off for the kids meal and rudely rushed me and said what sides i said rice, fajitas, and corn. She said thats an extra charge for the 3rd side (since when do the kids meals not come with the 3 sides on the tray?). I asked her since when does it not come with 3 sides it shows 3 sides on the app. She proceeded to say i was wrong and it will be an extra charge. I said ok then i dont want the rice. She angrly scooped every single grain of rice back and then put LITERALLY 3 tiny onion strips and 1 tiny pepper strip of fajitas into the side part. I could literally see the bottom of the try so i asked if they could give the full side portion for fajitas. And she adds a tiny bit more and YELLS to the cashier kids meal DOUBLE SIDES. Mind you i am also getting a bowl that the guy was making and if i got a side cup with fajitas it would have been free... I attempted to say im not trying to get extra and she cut me off. I then looked at my bowl that had rice and beans and chicken. They put less than half a scoop of chicken. At this point with how unbelievably rude the staff was and with the microscopic portions i said nevermind im sorry im good you can toss that I wont be eating here. The lady then storms over to the bowl grabs both the bowl and the kids meal and SLAMS them into the trash and said OK BYE. My mother in law and sister were the only other people in line to order at this time and both of them watched this whole thing go down and were so shocked by this behavior they also said they didnt want to eat somewhere the staff acts like this. My mother in law was so shocked and upset by the ladys behavior she told her she had a horrible attitude and she was incredibly disrespectful. The lady then said OK BYE, you have a GREAT day in the rudest most condescending tone possible loud enough for the other people eating to turn and stare! Not a single other staff member stepped in nothing. Absolutely wild. I will not be back ever again. Additionally we do have a photo of the lady that was so rude in case anyone from management would like it. After we walked across the parking lot to panda express and the food was amazing, great portions, kind staff, good food 10/10 skip the 3* chipotle and head over to panda!

  Disgusting environment. Friday night at 6pm. Not busy. Floor dirty, tables not cleaned. Drink area dirty and not stocked. Won’t come here again.

  #1 they wont refill your drink. #2 the guy making my food passed it to the next person to put on the sour cream and stuff and that person took meat out of my bowl and told the other person that they put in too much. That is so weird and unprofessional. Why not continue making my bowl and then let the other employee know afterwards that he put too much meat. The manager came out and didnt say anything even when the employee told her I was upset. She was completely unconcerned.

  I hate to be this person, I really do, but unfortunately this was a little bit of a rough experience. I live laugh love chipotle, but also we know how expensive it is so I try not to get it often, but I decided to get it the other day and this is how it played out: Waited in a line that actually didn’t take too long! The guy that prepped the main part of my bowl was fast but not the kindest. The lady that did the rest of the topping was also very fast, but not too kind. The lady at the register that took my payment unfortunately was neither fast nor kind. I work in the fast food business so ofc I understand that we all have bad days and have to work long and hard shifts, BUT that doesn’t take away from the fact that we should be kind to all of our customers, because we truly can make or break their day with our interactions. One of my friends I was with also had a bad experience with this lady but I won’t get into that. I got my bowl took it to my table (one of the only open tables and it was pretty dirty) opened it up and I have a picture attached of what it looks like. I was very disappointed in the portion size, and no I had not eaten it AT ALL before I took the picture. My steak was also way too chewy to the point where I couldn’t eat most of it. I think this was just a bad day for you guys cause I’m sure yall are awesome but this was just my experience on this particular day. Thanks for reading this review!
