Drive 15 minutes home and not one sauce in bag even though its on the receipt thats stuck to the bag. Called store for a credit as not driving back 15 minutes and who wants to eat a plain chicken sandwich. They said nothing they can do as I got the sandwich even though im not going to eat it. My fault I guess for not checking bag and assuming someone can read a receipt and confirm order. Especially since one item.

You see, this location in Overland Park is different. That is why I am writing this review. It is miles above every other Chick-fil-A I have visited in Johnson County and Kansas City, by a long shot. There is a particular charm surrounding this location. Facilities are always in exceptional shape, service is always top-notch, and customer service doesn’t seem forced, as you might observe from other Chick-fil-A locations. They are genuine. Aside from the staff and service, the food quality at this Chick-fil-A stands out. The chicken is consistently fresh, juicy, generously portioned, and perfectly cooked. Fries arrive crisp, and I can always count on my order being accurate. Even during busy rushes, I can tell the team keeps its composure. It's clear this location’s mission is delivering the best possible meal to every guest. Five stars.
