Mind you the spicy chicken sandwich comes with pickles ... I received zero pickles on said sandwich. I've tried calling 4 times yet no one picks up. Im tired of paying for extra pickles and never getting it.

Almost every time I order something from them with modifications it’s WRONG. Today I grabbed breakfast and specifically said no cheese due to an allergy, and to my surprise received not only the sandwich with cheese but something completely different than what I ordered (I had already gotten to work at that point) I then ordered the SAME thing again and had to leave work and it was still WRONG. I know it is a fast paced environment and busy during breakfast but slow down and take time to read the modifications. It can be very dangerous especially for people with allergies. Disappointed with their negligence.

Although I was a little surprised to see a lady who appeared to be an upper manager showing many tattoos on her arms. I know the hiring pool is a little tough nowadays, but I thought chick fil an always had higher standards compared to the rest of the fast food chains.
