  We had an amazing experience at Chai Cafe! The service was truly the best — everyone was so polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. We absolutely loved the Hyderabad Chicken Biryani. the taste was super good, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. A special mention to the manager, who was very kind and courteous to our entire group, making us feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent hospitality!

  I can say this is one of the worst restaurants i had been in the recent times in Overland Park KS.They don’t have the minimum courtesy for the service they provide corresponding to the bill.I recently tried halwa puri chole and it literally tastes like shit with poori being very bad and hard to have..Looks like they sell the food which is stored for the days together.I don’t recommend this restaurant at all for anyone who loves to have Indian food and would recommend to go any nearby food trucks so that atleast it will be worth it for the price you pay .. WORST RESTAURANT EVER

  Had a great experience at Chai Cafe! The Zinger Burger Combo was super tasty, and I completely fell in love with the Dubai Pista Falooda 😍. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Also, the girl at the counter was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. Great service and amazing food — definitely visiting again!

  I visited Chai Cafe in Overland Park recently and had a mixed experience. I was charged $3.27 (including tax) for a regular chai, which came in a 12 oz cup but was only filled to about 80%. For the price, I expected either a full cup or a slightly better value. The chai itself was decent, but the portion felt underwhelming. I hope they can improve consistency in serving sizes or adjust pricing to better match what customers receive. Overall, not a bad place, but this was a bit disappointing.

  Warm and cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and unique food options. We got the karachi chicken biryani, onion uthappam dosa, doha puri. Everything was delicious and it made us even more curious about the rest of the items on the menu. The chai selection was impressive, i got the kashmiri chai which had a beautiful color, aroma and of course flavor. We’ll definitely come back!
