  Ordered over $41 worth of food on two orders. Waited 10 minutes and food did not come out (granted I was in the slow period between lunch and dinner), I went to ask for my money back, and the lady manager with pony hair flat out refused and said my food was coming. I handed her both receipts and left the resdtaurant without the food, and that is when it gets interesting: Called their corporate office TWICE as they never replied the first time. Second time I was told they will send it to the local restaurant to contact me, which the local restaurant never did, and possibly corporate did not do anything about it. I called a final and third time, and the corporate office said they will investigate and let local management contact me. No one did. So I am still out $41.23 and Arby's Corporate Management and local restaurant management are still missing 2 months later. Save your money and go to Schlotzsky, down the street, much fresher and far more responsive on sandwiches made from scratch. What a mess.

  Can I just say my experience at this Arby's wasn't like any other. It was so incredibly clean, the employees were so kind, and the manager of the store was absolutely amazing and very sweet. This will forever be my favorite Arby's to go to, even if I live 25 min away ☺️

  10:00 on a Sunday night via Door Dash doesn't typically inspire optimism, but I'll be danged if our order wasn't super hot & fresh, well portioned and even nicely wrapped and bagged! You could even tell the grease was fresh and the drink had the perfect levels of syrup concentration and ice. Somebody gave a damn tonight and it did not go unnoticed! Keep keeping it real, Arby's.
