  A Special Shoutout to Gabe and His Team ❤️ I just wanted to take a moment to give a very special shoutout to Gabe and his team. My daughter and I met Gabe about a year ago at your Metcalf location. A few months later, we happened to visit your 135th Street location and were pleasantly surprised to discover that Gabe had been promoted to Manager—and even better, he was now just down the street from my daughter’s home! In a world where there is so much chaos, inflation is high, and families are struggling every day, it is refreshing to know that my daughter and I can come to 7 Brew, enjoy a great cup of coffee at a truly reasonable price (honestly, some of the best prices in town!), and, most importantly, know that we will be greeted with a smile, kindness, and genuine respect. There has not been one time—and we come often—that Gabe or anyone on his team has failed to treat us with a smile and kindness. They have created such a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment filled with laughter and positive energy. I sincerely hope the higher-ups take the time to read and recognize these compliments, because everyone at this location deserves to be acknowledged for the wonderful job they are doing. I’m always excited to come back for my coffee, but we’re even more excited to receive a smile, a warm welcome, and a great laugh from Gabe and his team. Thank you for employing people who truly radiate kindness. ❤️ Gabe and his team are a wonderful representation of what great customer service should look like!

  I clearly ordered a latte, and I received a breve. My drink looks like a cup of milk, it also tastes like milk. For $7 I don’t want a flavored cup of milk.
