  Always a great experience at this 7brew,. Sometimes slower than usual, but drinks are always consistent. I come by this store atleast once a week for a smoothie or coffee and workers always smiling and welcoming. I’ve noticed there is definitely a script that everyone is trained by when customers are waiting for their drink and their first question is always, “any plans for today?” Today I was talking with a gentleman named Drew, he took payment from me, asked me the script question, and my amazing experience today started then. Drew seems to love his job, very well put together guy, I even thought he was franchise owner of this store. He kept our conversation going while I was waiting for my drink and we threw a few jokes around. Great experience like always, Drew is management material and hopefully see him more often at this location!

  This is my favorite coffee shop! Probably go way more than I should, but the coffee is so good and the people are so kind!

  -10 rating. The service here is awful and the staff are terrible. There was about 10 staff members in the building and not a single one of them came out to take our order when we finally got to the window. The girl wouldn’t even look us in the face when she took our order and it took about 10 minutes for her to put the order into the iPad. She put the order in wrong so we got the wrong size and when we came back through she and the other staff inside of the building continued to speak very negatively about my husband and I coming back through for the correct size. I later corrected the girl and let her know that we could hear her from the inside and she rolled her eyes at me . worst service ever definitely won’t come back. This happened on Sunday July 5th at 9:45.
