  I’ve been to seven brew a lot and recently the service has not been up to their usual standards. The staff did not believe when I told them they made me the wrong drink and they wouldn’t remake it when I told them it was a smoothie instead of the shake I ordered. I hope they get this fixed because I truly enjoy their beverages.

  Always love stopping here. The people are great and are actually the nicest from any location I’ve been to in the US.

  Slow and OmG!! All they did was talk and talk. Two lanes and no one moving. One car in front of me and 8 minutes later, the freaking drink was amazing (Key Lime Lemonade frozen). Now if the yappy counter clerks would shut their pistol holsters, the place would be just as awesome as the drink.
