  I had joined the 7 brew club while vacationing in Destin,Fl. My sister took me through the drive thru and I loved my coffee. I'm so glad 7 brew is here in Kansas.

  Normally fast a smooth don’t come in the evening waited almost 15 minutes for my ice coffee with only 2 or 3 cars in front of me.

  Had a wonderful first experience at 7 Brew this morning! I was helped by Camille who took my order and helped me pick the best drink! Then I was met by Andrew who got me stickers for my coffee log and made our exchange really personable 😌 They went above and beyond with their service and I’ll probably be back next week

  I have genuinely never left so upset from a seven brew I came in today asked for my regular energy drink I get there. Was someone new taking my order but after five or six minutes he was able to find my usual energy order. When they walked out my drink, they forgot the cold foam and then I said “that’s not my drink that’s not what it looks like,” and I asked to double check that it was made correctly and she brought me out the same drink, but with the added cold foam and told me that it was made correctly I said okay, thank you and then I drove away. Tried it and it did not taste right. I worked at a seven brew for over a year and I know that if someone says their drink is not made correctly the people on machine should realize “oh yeah I forgot to do this” and remake it so that the customer gets their correct drink. Even when it’s busy, customer satisfaction should be number one and I was humiliated and told them my drink was made correctly when it was not. I will add a photo of what my drink normally looks like it’s the more blue one and the one I got today is the clearly incorrect drink. I’m not even sure I wanna come back to this location because of this issue.
