I love 7 brew. This location specifically has some high energy people that are super polite and helpful. Coffee is delicious. I haven’t been to starbucks since I tried 7 brew for the first time.
Stopped by 7 Brew Coffee at 11001 Metcalf Ave in Overland Park one morning on my way to work and had a really good experience overall.
At first, I was a little overwhelmed because the drive-thru line looked really long. This location is drive-thru only, but they moved everyone through much faster than I expected. From the time I got in line until I had my drink and was back on the road was only about 10 minutes.
I ordered a large Cinnamon Roll iced coffee, which was a brown sugar cinnamon and white chocolate breve. I’m honestly not a huge coffee person to begin with, but I thought it was really tasty. The large is definitely a large, and the flavor was solid without being something I had to be a big coffee drinker to enjoy.
My only suggestion would be to ask for a little less ice next time. I felt like the drink went down pretty quickly for the size and value because there was quite a bit of ice.
The staff was excellent- quick, friendly, and kept the line moving. Great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend 7 Brew and stop by again when I’m in the area.

I was watching a 1st Amendment auditor on YouTube that was at your store, and I just wanted to drop a line and say how much I really appreciated Andrew and the customer experience he provided (and undoubtedly present and future tenses as well, I.e. provides/will be providing) The way he treated a guy that wasn't even really a customer, what a cool dude. My bro lives in OP, and next time I'm there, 7 brews is my first stop.

It’s not bad for a drive thru coffee place but there’s a lot of inconsistency. You can order the same drink each day of the week and it will be made differently each time - sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter, sometimes no flavorings at all. So while the employees are always polite, it’s discouraging to keep going or even stop at 7Brew when I enjoy going to get a coffee that I want to be consistent and predictable for flavor

I have been a 7 brew fan since they opened in joplin. I switched from Starbucks to 7brew. I moved to kc and so happy when they opened the one on 291 highway. Went there for years. I moved to lees summit and started going to dutch bros becasue the open at 5am and it's on my way to work. I have visited the 7 brew in iverland park twice now and will never go again. Both times my order was wrong. I order a triple seven with salted Carmel 1/2 sweet hot. Today the order taker argued with me about what I wanted. And then I get the drink and it has no sweet at all. Very disappointed 7 brew. Dutch bros for me from now on.
