  I tried calling 15 times because they gave me the wrong drink and my Dasher literally had to go there and tell them that my soda was wrong!! They did not answer and I didn't feel like that's good business!!

  Long wait for barely there pieces of fries and clearly double dipped in the fryer oil. Had to turn around and go back and it felt as though they knew they did it bc when i said in the speaker the issue it was an "oh yeah, ok pull up" Either way, fixed the problem, its just frustrating to have to wait that long for something that wasnt even close to fresh.

  Went to sonic 4/11/26 at around 8:20pm dude at the window made it the absolute worst experience ever. Wrong order at first then when we finally do get the food we’re missing a burger. And during that hour experience we finally got are drinks last with one of them being filled 3/4 full and the others just being wrong. Worst fast food experience of my life 🤬

  Why do they even work? I ordered Qty: 2 #3 but one with Mayo only, no ketchup or mustard She asked me six times, which one? I told her either one She couldn't figure this out I explained it's the same meal deal make 1 with Mayo only and the other one regular. She looked at me and asked again, Which One. I said the first one out of frustration OMG, she asked me which one would be the first one... The first one you make. She said OK.... when I got home both meals had Mayo and Ketchup Really????

  Ordered online and waited 30 minutes. Then pressed the button in the stall to ask about it and was told that there were others who had been there longer with no small amount of attitude. Tried to ask for refund as it’s ridiculous to sit 30 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 sides but she had already moved on. I hate to write this as I’ve worked service before but this was extremely unimpressive. Whomever the GM or AGM is you should be ashamed if this is the best you can for your location.
