  Stopped by here Sunday 6/28/2026 around 11:30a. Had one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had.

  I ordered 5 drinks for pickup through the app. I arrived, checked i and it was brought out shortly after. The carhopp Jaydonn advised they had no ice and couldn't provide refunds. We were not offered any other options than to take what they had given us. The drinks were hot. I had to go buy ice elsewhere to put in the drinks. This is ridiculous. I've worked fast food and if we ran out of ice, we were to go buy bags to compensate.

  Ordered online, picked up in drive through. Minimal staff interaction. Food was completely messed up. Forgot fries and chz on tots. Then on my daughter's dinner we specifically said no onions or tomatoes and guess what was on it... yep u guessed it! Thanks sonic for a shitty experience!

  Long wait for barely there pieces of fries and clearly double dipped in the fryer oil. Had to turn around and go back and it felt as though they knew they did it bc when i said in the speaker the issue it was an "oh yeah, ok pull up" Either way, fixed the problem, its just frustrating to have to wait that long for something that wasnt even close to fresh.
