- SBshyanna BirzerMay 2, 20261.0I understand that the workers are a bunch of high schoolers learning how to have a job but two times now we have come in and had everything wrong. The first time they forgot items and then when we did get items they weren't made correctly I had to go up three times and they double charged us for things. The second time they messed up the royal chocolate blizzard by not putting the fudge filling in it. The managers should be ashamed of themselves for not training their employees and setting these kids up for failure.

- SJShaed JossieMar 8, 20262.0As far as I’m aware stores are not supposed to take food back once it leaves the counter or property. My order got put into a different order. Got brought back after it left 30 min prior. They took it and repackaged it and then handed it to me. I didn’t get my order till 8:10. The whole time I’m watching and waiting by the counter waiting on my order at the ETA for pickup at 7:32. I get there can be dinner rushes but that doesn’t justify ignoring basic health food rules. So I spent 15$ and threw it into the trash. Literally. Not ordering Dq again in Ottawa Ks.
- CCChrisMar 7, 20263.0I dont know of any fast food places that close at 9:30. Then the weekend hours they go out of their way and stay open a full half hour more! So, if youre looking for food at 9:30 you will have to go to one of the other places who all stay open until at least 10pm considering its a normal hour to close at. Just a dumb and lazy time to close.
