Stopped by on a Sunday. 12:30pm to be exact. They weren’t taking Online ASAP orders and the front door was locked with two visible employees inside standing in the kitchen. Took our money elsewhere to have lunch

Food is fine besides the always wet paper bags from the veggies. Our order only took about 20 minutes, totally reasonable time. Yet the manager decided to shit talk his own employee for being slow, honestly sad to see management act this way nowadays to people probably barely scraping by.

There system was down (looks like it was been for a week now based on others reviews) and had to order online even though I was in the restaurant. Couldnt order with cash either. The seasoned fries were loaded with sugar, ruining the fries with this new seasoning recipe. I also tried the garlic parmesean wings and they tasted more bland than a lukewarm rotisserie chicken.

We walked in, the place was a mess, trash all over the tables and floor, nobody elsr is there, we were only customer there, went around 6pm. The they told us we gotta order from doordash in order the dine in, we left. I dont think the manager or the franchisee cares about this location, i was excited to try it out, but got turned down.

When we got there the dining room was completely full of customers waiting for food. We went to the counter to order and it was then that we were told their systems were down and they could only make online orders. We sat down at the only clean table that didn’t have trash, half eaten food, or something spilled on it and placed an online order. While waiting for the food at least 15 high school aged students came into the dining room. Them being friends with all of the workers (since that’s the only people wingstop hires at this point), they all said hi to them. It wasn’t my concern that high schoolers were socializing or that there was a long wait since the systems were down. What did concern me is the lack of respect and maturity the workers had. While their friends piled into the restaurant, the workers screamed curse words and slurs in every sentence that came out of their mouths, continued leaving the kitchen to talk with their friends, and being absolutely disrespectful of those waiting for their food. These high schoolers approached my table looking into the kitchen windows far too closely with lack of personal space. 5 teenagers circled around us to watch their friends at work. It was uncomfortable, rude, and annoying. After they had finally found a seat, they continued to move about the restaurant freely getting free items from their working friends, making messes, being far too loud and also cursing and saying slurs. While I don’t mind cursing, I think it is a mindful obligation of the workers to not be using this profanity in their profession. It was jarring to me what was happening. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, we went up to the front to grab our bag where we noticed one of the workers friends was cleaning the tables for them. She was walking around picking up the trash and leftover food, taking it to the kitchen area to be thrown away, and grabbing a wipe to wipe down all the tables. By the time we had gotten our food all tables had been cleared and cleaned by her. Not once did the staff say something or offer to do it instead. This was the least clean and worst run wingstop I’ve ever seen and I’ve gone to this location many times. It was by far the worst experience we had ever had.
