- ESEthan SchriverApr 16, 20261.0placed a mobile order. pickup time said 8:10. walked in at said time, asked for the order; "we have not gotten a chance to get started yet. went back in 15 minutes later to guy saying "still have not gotten started on the order." why are we not prioritizing orders that are being placed and marked as ready on the app? order said it was ready 20 minutes ago. poor customer service and poor job on subway for only having one guy working.

When he finally walked over he simply said “what do you want”. While he was putting veggies on my sandwich his shirt kept touching the sandwich. I will continue to frequent other nearby locations and skip over this one in the future.

Never said hello, just kept messing with the trash then asked what we wanted. Every time we pay and use our account for points he tells us how we’re breaking some rule and can’t use it the way we are. Will never go back to this location.
