  I went through the drive-through and the lady charged my card $15.60 for a large popcorn chicken, corn dog and a medium frozen lemonade after she charged me, the manager came to the window and asked me what I ordered. I told him and he gave me my order with a medium popcorn chicken. After charging me for a large popcorn chicken as well as trying to hand me someone else’s milkshake. Total should’ve been $11 something if I paid for what I was given but I was charged for more. Not sure how they messed that up after I clarified what I ordered and they had already charged me.

  I love this sonic most of the time, however they ALWAYS forget my sauces and extras even though I pay extra for them! It's extremely inconvenient and annoying

  Had to wait 30 minutes for cold tots, a drink that doesn’t taste right, and terrible customer service. Never once did anyone come ask what I ordered. Will never be going to this location again!

  Food is excellent & people delivering food to your car are very friendly. Disappointed that they no longer have coffee except for cold brew.
