  Kassi is always really nice but every time I come up here and order there it's hard to hear them over the speaker with all the loud music in the background.

  Joel took my order and did not seem nice or pleasant to be there. Also we ordered a small Oreo cheesecake shake and it had no Oreos we requested it get remade and it still had no Oreos just maybe 3 small specks. I work at another Sonic and we would never accept this kind of service. I’m so highly disappointed.

  Attempted to order a slush. Waited about 10 minutes- when I pushed the button to ask about it. They never took it in the first place. Then couldn’t ring up a lemon strawberry slush. Initially brought me the wrong order, then waited again for the slush. The whole interaction was over 20 minutes for a 5 dollar slush. Super disappointing. Sonic isn’t what it used to be.
