  So against better judgement my wife and I tried this location again. We really like the food at Sonic, but the service at this location has went from bad to fraud. We stopped in this location on July 16, placed our order to take home and eat. When we got home, we noticed that we had paid for something that wasn't in our order. We called the location and they told us that we could come back and they would give it to us then ( but by then the rest of our food would have been cold ), or they could put our phone number down in some notebook and we just needed to ask and they would include the missing part of our order when we came in. So I stopped by today for lunch to place an order and let the person know that our phone number was in their little book of mistakes. They asked me my name, so I gave it to them. They come back as nope.. not here... I reminded them that they didn't ask my name, they asked for my phone number, and told me that is how they keep track of things. They didn't ask once for my phone number, just kept insisting that they had no record of them ripping me off. That's the last time I ever visit that place, and if you are smart, you will go somewhere else.

  I waited about 15 minutes for my order. When it arrived, the tots and my chili cheese footlong were lukewarm at best. It was the worst food I’ve ever gotten from a Sonic. Yuck!! Very disappointed.

  Samantha brought our food out. she was very rude. we called back to get it corrected.And when she brought out the correct item she was even more rude...

  Absolutely horrible. We stopped going to this location because the shakes were sour. This is the last time we are going to this branch. Half sized orders, burnt, unable to eat. 3 meals for $45. No thank you. This was a complete waste.

  I eat or at least get a come from sonic everyday for lunch. Sometimes 2-3 times a day. Basically live on it. I eat at different locations throughout the Kansas City metro. Not all are equal though. Haha. Over all food is amazing and they have the best coke to be found.
