- LBL BMay 11, 20262.0I ordered Papa John’s delivery on Mother’s Day and had kind of a mixed experience. The delivery driver was super friendly, and the food arrived surprisingly fast considering how busy I’m sure they were, so I definitely appreciated that. I ordered a one-topping Italian sausage stuffed crust pizza along with four nacho cheese cups. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was not very well made. There was a massive air bubble in the crust that clearly wasn’t popped in time while baking, and it ended up covering about 80% of two slices. It made those pieces mostly crust and very awkward to eat. I understand holidays are hectic for restaurants, especially on big delivery days like Mother’s Day, and I do appreciate the quick service and kind driver. I just wish a little more attention had been paid to quality control before the pizza left the store. Overall, I wasn’t super impressed with the pizza itself.

Everything went through the app, we showed up to this location about 10 minutes after the online app said it was going to be ready. The employee informed us they voided our order because they were “too busy”. They did not call to inform us so we spent our lunch break driving across town, and lost our lunch. Shaq as my witness, I have never had my order cancelled without being notified in my entire life. That was wild. The pizzas for the other customers, the orders that didn’t get cancelled, looked tasty. I probably won’t order from this location again, as air for lunch is not very filling. 1/10 popcorn buckets.
