  Spend almost 30$ got 4 breakfast sandwich’s and gave me 3 grape jelly packets and 1 syrup and tells me I didn’t order any of those so I can’t get any more it’s really sad how far the economy is falling McDonald’s can’t even afford to give people any condiments unless you pay for them

  I wen through drive thru. They had me wait in one of those parking spots. I waited and waited while as i watched other get their food. Then someone comes over and asked what I ordered, he didnt have that order. Ended up, they said they put the wrong order in, it was an order for a cheeseburger meal. I said fine, I was so hungry, I took it. Later I figured out money wise, they charged me for the meal I ordered and not the cheeseburger meal and it was cold. Won't be going back any time soon. So disappointed!

  I know it's Mcdonalds but it sucks that they don't even try.These people were rude. Then made us wait 15 for cold food.

  This now happening at every McDonald's you wait in the drive through or order on the app and you still have to pull up and wait in a parking spot just so their driver through times look good.

  I pulled in the drive thru to grab a Dave's triple cheese burger and I got the absolutely worst burger I have ever gotten from anywhere. Wendys has always been about there fresh hot and juicy hamburgers but this one was the complete opposite. It was brown and dried out like it had been sitting on the grill for a long time and it was salty as hell. I will never go back to that one again. I knee I should have waited until I got to the one on Midland off 7hwy and Shawnee Mission parkway, I always get great service and food there.
