- DHDanayus HoustonSep 29, 20265.0Had a fun time with my wife there we enjoyed bowling and the many games available on the floor the employees were friendly and helped us with any questions or concerns we had would highly recommend visiting with the family or just a fun date with the spouse
- MGMike GunningSep 27, 20263.0They need help, some staff was polite, some where jerks. If you don't have enough staff for the rush then limit the guess. My daughter had to wait two hours to get on the ropes. Everytime we go up( them kids were very nice) they told us to come back cause of short staff. Couple times this happened. It needs to be noted in case of a rush have people on call or something to validate customers why enjoying the night. Machines also kept breaking down too. The nachos was great.
- JAjoe arthurSep 25, 20265.0Main Event was a pleasure to visit, the kids had a blast, it was super-clean throughout and well-managed. The tech that keeps the games up and running was back-and-forth checking the video and the controls, all equipment was functioning perfectly. We didn't dine there but the restaurant looked inviting and well-lit.
- UFUrsula FosterSep 20, 20265.0Crosby - with"the Gravity Walk" - this young man is beyond phenomenal - he is owed MAJOR brownie points & to whomever raised this young man - bless you, for having raised such an outstanding citizen of society - I'm TERRIFIED of heights & not once did he ever make me feel incompetent - scouting me - following and coming from other directions - tips & tricks & not once did he ever lose his patience or make me feel rushed - Dakota, down below, as well - laughing off mine fear & nervousness & encouraging me - not once making me feel silly or ridiculous - THEN we have Semaj, over in the bowling Alley - it was mine baby boy birthday weekend & we took advantage of the "Fun Friday" passes ... EVERYTHING was a blast (yes, even the gravity walk {which mine children had NO issues zipping through} )- going to the bowling & Semaj jumped right in; every chance he got, teaching mine boys his bowling methods - I feared jeopardizing his job & this fine young man was so charismatic - his energy - he juggled his serving as well as taking his time, between other customers, to come show & teach !!!!! .... mine 3 children beat me, thanks to Semaj (WHICH I couldn't have it any other way & it was fair game {I was trying - I don't just let them win} ) !!!!!! All the staff were such a delight BUT these 3 young men - particularly Crosby & Semaj (Dakota was such a delight, on the ground, below - so professional & articulate - SAFETY FIRST ) for their customer service - their patience & pride in each of their positions - From the bottom of this momma heart - giving mine birthday boy and his siblings an AMAZING Friday night - these 3 young men need to be rewarded - however brownie points are given - these 3 young men MUST be taken care of - DON'T lose them - Main Event would be lost, without them
