  Ordered lunch to be delivered got a notification that it was out for delivery at 12:02. It arrived at 12:56. So much for freaky fast! Got a toasted sandwich and of course it’s not warm when it got here.

  I spent $53 on a sandwich to be delivered. The delivery was outsourced to an Uber Eats driver and the order was never delivered. No way to contact Uber. No receipt provided from the store for a refund. Rather disappointing because I really enjoy Jimmy John’s sandwiches but this experience will make me learn towards literally any other sandwich place from now on.

  The workers were nice! Sandwich was ok at best and I usually love my #9 with hot peppers. They gave me like 5 hot peppers I think. Guess I have to ask for extra next time?

  The food has always been good but this particular location makes you bag your food. They lay it on the counter and when I asked for a bag she said they are right there behind the counter and made me reach over to get it. Now normally no big deal, but she was rude and rolling her eyes. Seriously, it takes all of 2 seconds to either bag it like other locations do or at least not make customers reach behind the counter to get a bag. She did the same thing to the customer behind me. Just said spending over $25 for 2 sandwiches and the employees are rude.
