  Sometimes you just want to know exactly what you are going to get, and Jimmy John's never lets you down. This Olathe location is no exception — consistently good food, quick service, and exactly what you expect every single time. There is a lot to be said for dependability and this place has it dialed in. A solid go-to whenever the craving hits!

  Dirty place, Poor customer service, their food was the same as Subway Sandwiches.. nothing special.

  Im not sure totally sure how the orders are processed since I don’t work at a sandwich shop but when the instructions for add-ons or things to remove are on the receipt and never get followed, I get baffled.

  The management is very rude and the staff isn't well trained. Ordered a sandwich and the woman said it would be here shortly.. I asked how long shortly would be because the last time i ordered it took a whole hour to be delivered. She then says 45 minutes. Why was I not told this before I ordered my freaky fast sammy?????Not fast at all 1hr wait times for delivery. Spoke with management and they used the excuse that nobody wants to work for then because unemployment pays more? Was also told that there is pretty much an indefinite hour long wait for deliveries. Not ordering from here any more.

  Employees need retrained or less lazy. Sandwich was missing toppings that are clearly stated on the menu.
