I’ve been to multiple other chipotle’s Around and this location’s quality and consistency keeps me coming back.
- UUUnknownGrayJun 11, 20261.0Came in with the BOGO deal going on for June 11th and I got my order around 7:20pm. I came in understanding about how busy it was going to be, but when I got up to the first person on line and asked for cheese on the bottom of my bowl, the manager came up and really loudly yelled at me saying how they couldn’t do that and proceeded to laugh in my face. He walked off and told another worker that was on grill about it throwing his hands up. This is completely inappropriate as for a manger to behave towards a customer. If he calmly explained the fact that it couldn’t be done I would’ve understood because I have previous Chipotle experience and can understand the tense and fast faced environment. But regardless of that, he shouldn’t have yelled at me in front of the workers, customers or anyone especially because I never spoke a word to him. He had curly hair, tall, a little light skin, had gauges in his ears. Please correct your managers behavior. Afterwards when paying one of the workers apologized to me and I said it was okay to her and that it wasn’t her fault. But it was his. This is also how the bowls ended up coming out here.
