For many reasons I rarely eat here, never would have thought this would be an issue, cooking rice fully isn't that difficult. 2 steak bowls, rice/beans, basic toppings, chips/queso 30$. 75% of it went in the trash. I know I'm not the only customer with this issue from last night. Do better!
