  Ive never left a review in my lifetime. This Chipotle is repeatedly bad at every aspect. We try and refrain from doing online orders due to the fact that one of these items happens more than it doesn't happen. Consistently forgotten items, gave us the wrong order, given extremely small portions, or the food has just been cold. In person is better, but far from good. Ive had them several times scrape the bottom of the container just to scrounge up a quarter to half of a crusty portion then pass your meal down the line. I wouldnt serve that to anyone, let alone right in front of them as if its just standard practice. 1 or more items will be really cold or crunchy such as their rice or beans. I do not fault the employees working the line or the cooks. I feel as if they're lacking good training and leadership from management. Same as most companies in this current era. I understand this is considered fast food and not 5 star dining, but the more Chipotle continues to raise their price the more I expect in return.

  They have good food and are always well staffed. We moved along great until the register, but there were a bunch of young people just standing around waiting for one or two people to do the work.

  Terrible and a waste of money! I virtually had no meat in my bowl, maybe three bites each of chicken and barbacoa. My daughter’s bowl had hardly anything in it as you can see in the picture. Just because we ordered delivery doesn’t make it right to skimp, especially with your already outrageous prices. I am not usually one to leave a review, but this is ridiculous.

  Need to do a better job of keeping tables clean. This visit was the 2nd time I have been there that tables hadn't been wiped. Food was great.

  Horrible service. I hate having to leave bad reviews. I ordered online and then when I got there after the app said it was ready the manager didn't even know my order existed (as well as others who also ordered online who came in after me). He kept trying to give me someone else's food and the entire time my order was sitting on the shelf behind him just sitting there getting cold. The guy was so clueless.
