- SMSamantha MartinezMay 7, 20261.0This place needs to train their staff on how to fulfill online orders, unless management is directly telling their staff to skimp on everything in online orders. How many people pay full price for your food and you only give them 50% of what they paid for? We literally spent over $50 dollars here and all 3 of our regular size queso's were only half way full and extra white rice in the bowls meant they barely gave us any. How do you guys consistently justify doing this? If we go in person we can actually ask for the right amounts but if you order online out of convenience you get screwed over. Thanks for not caring about your online orders. All of us really appreciate wasting our money. You should reimburse everyone who has had to complain on your website because you can't properly fulfill online orders. I have photos if you would like them because obviously you have it set to not allow photos.
