That being said this chipotle is dog water, the older short hispanic lady that grabs your food is ALWAYS stingy and rude, like I asked for queso and she gave me the stankest face like after she gave me the bare minimum chipotle honey chicken. Then she was trying to rush me like it was my fault people like chipotle??? So then I say nothing because I understand working in the food industry (even though this is the third time she’s been lowkey disrespectful to me). It carry’s over though, I have 3600+ points (don’t judge please) and I had a free queso, and I had the points ready for a free chicken cup, the lady at the cash register was super sweet so no diss to her or the manager guy who came over and tried to help. Anyways they weren’t able to take off my points because it was locked or whatever but how is that my fault? Like i truly don’t comprehend it, if I was at the chipotle on santa fe by walmart (the superior chipotle in olathe) they would have helped me! Genuinely next time I go i’m tipping them simply because this was such an annoying experience. I’m blaming this whole annoying experience on the older short hispanic lady simply for her attitude throwing my good mood off :(
