And the most recent experience of this was on June 12th when the Manager was stressed out and annoyed if asked any clarification questions while trying to check in with host. So disappointing a solid national chain has such terrible service and inadequate local management.
- OKOlivia KingMay 28, 20264.0Food is yummy, and service is great! Only reason I dont give 5 stars is because it is freezing in this building. The A/C was on full blast on a cool rainy day in May. I was shivering. My husband, who is normally hot when we go places, even said it was cold. He saida it felt like a fridge. I couldnt even drink the water and the server made a comment that most people dont either. I even asked the manager who delivered our food if they could turn the A/C up few degrees. It never felt like he did. We ate as quickly as possible and left. Probably would have stayed longer to enjoy a game and get dessert, but I cant eat as much food when I'm cold.

I definitely have to hit the gym after I'm done eating here.
