- KCkayelee comptonApr 9, 20265.010/10. i went late at night with some friends, and i was craving a cookie. although, i do not like ice cream on my skillet cookies! it makes them soggy and i just dont like it. and i asked my server, who I believe is Lydia, was able to get my the cookie, with the ice cream & the toppings on the side. also for being past 11, she was incredibly kind and her service was better than some ive experienced at fancy restaurants.

We waited for over 20 minutes just to be acknowledged, and even then, no one seemed to care about serving us. It honestly felt like the staff was only focused on customers they thought would tip well, completely ignoring others. There was no sense of urgency, no courtesy, and no basic customer service. Being ignored for that long without any communication is unacceptable. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately you really can’t tell what you’re eating because the wings are not separated by flavor. Also, I found a fly in an ice cube inside of a drink and it kind of ruined my appetite for the evening besides. Besides that I felt pretty good giving them three stars. I got what I asked for with we’re pretty filing wings. If you are hungry and you have a gift card like me come otherwise it’s pretty overpriced. Wingstop is just down the street.
