- YHYeng Her5 days ago1.0I ordered my coffee ahead through the app, but still had to wait at least 8 minutes after reaching the front of the line to receive it. The line wasn’t even long, which was already frustrating. To make matters worse, when the employee handed me my coffee, she spilled it on me and didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize. Thankfully, it was iced, because if it had been hot, I could have been seriously injured. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I expected much better and will not be returning to this location.

My drinks are consistently made perfectly, and there are so many flavors to choose from that I always find something new to try. Great customer service, great drinks, and a fun atmosphere every time I stop by. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an awesome coffee or energy drink! Also Rylee is who usually services us, and she does an amazing job!!
