Every time I order, toppings are missing or everything is poorly made—wrong dough, wrong toppings, or the wrong food entirely; it’s never what I actually ordered. Worst of all, I pay extra for the additional toppings, yet I have never NEVER received a correct order. And don't even get me started on the customer service or wait times: an order says it’ll be ready in 20 minutes but takes up to an hour, even when there aren't any orders ahead of mine to justify a delay caused by being "super" busy. You’re incredibly lucky if you actually get what you ordered.
