  been coming here for years and this location is going further and futher downhill. the lobby is always dirty, the staff usually aren't very friendly, and they ALWAYS mess up mobile orders. ive never once gotten everything i ordered online or thru doordash. 9 times out of 10, the fries taste like they've been sitting in the warmer for at least 10 minutes. i recommended going to the newer McDonald's and avoiding this one.

  Got a DoorDash order, the restaurant messed up the order. I got something that had ingredients I cannot Ingest due to medical issues. It would put me in the hospital. Called twice in thirty minutes with no answer so found a ride to go in. Once I got there we were ignored at the front counter. My husband asked for help twice and was ignored. He then raised his voice, didn’t yell but raised his voice thinking maybe they didn’t hear him(the guy standing doing nothing but staring at a screen at the front counter definitely heard us and chose to ignore) . His words were “hey can we have help up here”. We were then met with the manager who told us if we wanted to get our stuff we should go about it a different way like we were not ignored, our food wasn’t messed up, and what’s the point of DoorDash if you in return have to go in for them constantly messing up your food? No apology, no accountability, instead we blamed the customers. If we were more busy making sure the right food was put in bags instead of selling nicotine products to your underage workers I’m sure management would get better feedback. If the manager on duty wasn’t high I’m sure she would have better customer service as well. We went in respectful, asked for help, and waited, never once was disrespectful or demanded anything as we both have worked in fast food and understand to a certain extent however that was completely inappropriate.

  I tried the big arch burger just now. Too much shreddish. I had to salt and pepper it for it to have flavor. Pretty it did not have pickles on, they are supposed too. That would have elevated the burger to be certain.
