  Food was fine... Service though? Rough. I made an order roughly around 8:00 pm for a large pizza. Got text saying it's done around 8:30 and got here around 8:45. Walk up to the main door and it's locked. I walk around to the other side of the building, that door is open. Employee looks at me as if I am breaking and entering the place, official close time is 10 pm btw. This employee ignores me and I walk up to the counter. The employee at the counter probably had hundreds of dollars just sprawled across the counter which seemed like an unprofessional thing to do during business hours. I walked up and told him I had an online order and was ignored for about 4 minutes just two employees standing there doing nothing to help. Then a larger guy walks around cussing at the employees not noticing me. He is apologetic about it and proceeds to help me and gets me my pizza. Just a weird situation overall. My only guess is that the lobby was maybe supposed to be close at 8? Regardless weird place, decent pizza.

  Second time in a few months I’ve ate here (delivery) and the pizza is stiff or hard to chew not sure if there’s something wrong with the dough? But it’s not edible

  Ok last visit wasn't great THIS VISIT seems all staff was really good I THINK HER NAME WAS ALLYSSA HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS, I DO NOT SPEAK VERY LOUDLY. A MISUNDERSTANDING HAPPENED , NONE OF IT WAS HER FAULT SHE WAS SUPER POLITE AND HANDLED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I CAN SEE HER BEING A MANAGER AND GOING FAR. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN BECAUSE OF ALYSSA 12-30 6:30 PM. THANK YOU!

  Food was below par. Granted haven't had a Pizza Hut pizza in a few months, maybe they've changed their recipe? The pizza was not edible. The bread sticks greasy. The Cinnabons were the only thing that got ate. Half of slice of sausage & ham pizza and almost a whole slice from the supreme w/extra cheese that didn't seem to have any at all. The Drive thru pick up window gentleman was full of Christmas joy and very pleasant. PH, what happened?
