  I had a awful experience at this location. A new employee was being trained and serving tiny, inadequate portions in my bowl. When I politely asked for a normal amount, the General Manager, Rocío Cuarón, jumped in with a terrible attitude, claiming I’d have to pay for double portions. I wasn't asking for extra just a fair, normal portion. GM Rocío was rude not only to customers but also to her own staff, acting as if the rice and beans were coming out of her own paycheck. Unprofessional management and awful customer service. Save your money and go to a different location

  Lastimosamente es el Chipotle más sucio que he ido a comer, las personas que atendieron tienen mala presentación, empezando por el grillero, donde sirven la comida estaba mezclada comida con los otros alimentos, el área de servilletas, tenedores, no había casi nada que le tuve que pedir al manager y no me lo dio en la mano sino más bien que vaya agarrar en un carro donde ella tiene cosas para llenar mientras ella conversaba con personas, lastimosamente me apena dejar un mal comentario pero la atención y la presentación muy mala, no recomiendo ir a este chipotle.

  Pro tip: if you are out of food. Stop taking orders. Don't keep taking orders and scraping scraps off the bottom of your containers. Also who closes their kitchen two hours before close? You had kitchen staff doing dishes up until the moment you ran out of food.

  I normally never leave reviews and I've been going here for years, but tonight me and my dad went to Chipotle to get one bowl for my mom he waited in the car. There was a whole line before I went in and 20 minutes later there was at least 5 people working there I get if there was only 2 and I would cut them some slack cuz I worked in fast food too. But all the employees were moving like snails I'm surprised they weren't on their phone they were more focused on online orders then the people in the restaurant because when it was finally my turn the line was basically out the door it was around 8:20 so it wasn't really dinner time anymore. The place was disgusting floors dirty food went into different bins and in front of the register where customers stood there was a whole bag of chips on the ground the whole 20 minutes I was waiting no one paid attention to it then my dad walked in since he was getting pissed about the wait time and then someone finally cleaned up the mess. And the guy in front of me walked out because how slow the employees were cuz he too was waiting 20 minutes and even when they got the meat and beans on it they still made him wait do they can restock things. One of the worst experiences I've had from this place and I've been going here for years and I rarely leave responses but this was so disgusting and unreasonable.

  "Everyone working there should be fired." That's what my wife said after watching the crew while waiting 25 minutes to pick up our order that was 30 minutes late. The employees were talking about a huge deuce in the toilet... "bruh, you've gotta go see it" while making food. The place was filthy. They made our food in the back, and so it wasn't until we got home that we saw my bowl... supposed to have lettuce, veggies, cheese, etc... I suppose it could have been more wrong, but not without extra effort. Also, it looks like they found a place for the "deuce" they were admiring. Guh... ROOOOSSSE!
