This location is terrible! Avoid it like the plague. I made an online order. The cashier waited to tell me they couldn’t make my order until I got there. Then their manager refused to give me a refund and said I had to call their customer service. I emailed customer service only to be offered a free entree when I didn’t receive any of my order. When I refused that I was only offered a portion of the total. This location should be closed and their manager should be stuck to live in section 8. If they aren’t already.

This location is always filthy with stuff on the floor, tables not washed down and the staff always seems to just be standing around. Staff is not always friendly and this is now twice when I place an order for pickup and it’s not ready at the expected time and isn’t accurate. Then I get to the drink station and it’s not stocked properly. This location is poorly managed and needs to get it together.

the issues i face at chipotle no matter the location are ridiculous. today, i ordered a kids build your own with steak. i requested the young man to add an extra tortilla shell on the side. the person this order is for prefers their food to not touch, i always order the tacos this way. the extra shell does not include extra food. but the young man then told the cashier "she got 3 tacos". when i heard it, i expected him to charge for an extra tortilla shell, but nope. got my receipt and was charged for an additional full taco, without receiving any of the ingredients of a full taco. the young man's demeanor was rude the entire encounter: barely filling up the steak compartment (it was half empty), arguing with me over whether or not i ordered an additional full taco (i didn't, i ordered a single extra tortilla), then, even if i did order an additional full taco, i still didn't get the ingredients for the taco.
the cashier walked to the back during the interaction about the additional charge, as i saw it after i had paid. i was not asked if i wanted to use points or scan for them prior to him ringing me up and walking away either.
the manager and another young lady came from the back, with the young lady being shocked i was overcharged. she then went to get the manager, who came out and they stood there for a minute speaking about what happened. they then switched to Spanish with the manager (the cashier and the young lady; the young man with the locs had began helping another customer). im not sure why i needed to be left out of the conversation regarding my food, but it was rude. the manager did not speak to me, acknowledge me, nothing. she only spoke to the employees to figure out what to do.
once i saw that their mistake was holding up the line, i asked them to bag my items and let them know i would just dispute it with my bank. i then arrived to my destination to find that the chips that come with the kids meal were not put in the bag. so chipotle stole from me TWICE today.
i was told the steak tasted old and overcooked by the person who ate it as well. just a bad experience all around. i won't be back.

I ordered 3 barbacoa tacos to go; the meat looked very fatty and gristley, and I called them out on it. The manager assured me it was good and that it just hadn't been pulled correctly. I should not have believed him and I should not have left the store without looking at it, but time was short. When I got home, my tacos were filled with... fat and gristle. Worse, Chipotle now makes it impossible to speak with local staff over the phone.
And even worse than that? This is Chipotle's official response to this fiasco:

Whatever you do DO NOT order from the app! If they get your order wrong, or in my case deliver someone else’s order entirely, you will drive yourself crazy trying to find a way to contact customer service. So let me save you some time. Best Scenario # 1: don’t order from the app. Likely Scenario # 2: you didn’t listen and ordered from app because you’re starving and guac sounds sooo good. But they inevitably got your order all wrong - you will now ONLY be able to contact a robot customer service “person” on the app who will not help you find a resolution. They will take you in circles over and over again until you give up 45 minutes later starving and having made no headway. You will resign yourself to emailing their customer service (as it’s the only other option you have) you once again type out your entire problem and then are left waiting for days for them to message you back. When they do they ask you to provide more details (which you have done multiple times at this point). Once you provide those details, again, they will tell you that they’re SO sorry and you’ll get a refund in 5-7 days. So your consolation after all of this is that you get to wait for your money back and spend more of your time checking for your bank for the refund and praying that their refund process is significantly more effective than their customer service process. Or you just forget because you have a life and ordered from the app out of convenience only to find that you could have built your own chipotle in the amount of time it has taken you to deal with this issue to get your stupid $60 back.
Do yourself a favor- order from DoorDash or better yet just don’t get Chipotle at all.
