  Ordered a bowl for pickup. I was charged on my account for the bowl 12.67 I purchased. But was not sent a email confirmation nor a phone confirmation that the order was taking which I thought was weird. So I called the store and no one ever answered so I went ahead and gave it the benefit of that doubt. Drove up there to see if they just didn't see it yet. But no I was approached by on person who told me they would look for it they were having technical issues with the system. Then was approached by a lady who was short and didn't care and told me to contact cava by email which is stupid. I paid for it showed you proof I paid and you can't even make it. She did t even say anything just shut the door and walked off. I will never come back to this place. Rude management and a horrible customer support line who you can't directly contact.

  I had a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious, everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. Bayron was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  If you like a soupy salad this is your place! Fresh, tasty ingredients but you’re going to need the entire bowl and just drink the sauce when you’re done. The new pita chips are great!

  This Cava location has always stood out for its fresh ingredients, fast service, and welcoming atmosphere. I come here almost weekly since it’s nearby my home and the food is consistently great, but what truly defines the experience is the atmosphere and team - especially Reyna. She's incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive every time I come in. I've seen her step in to support newer employees during busy rushes without hesitation-always calm, always professional, always a huge smile! I will always choose this location over others.

  I was given the smallest scoop possible of rice (MAYBE a 1/4th of a cup) and when I politely asked for more the staff member told me that it would cost extra. If I am paying $16 for a bowl I would expect to at least get an adequate amount of rice. The bowl tasted good, but for being $16 I got nowhere near a fair amount of food even with adding a lot of the toppings. The staff also overall just did not seem to care how the acted and were overall rude. Would not recommend this location
