    Seriously, do not come to this location. This McDonald's is in a sweet spot location wise for me, but I will never visit it again. The last three times I have come here, horrible experience each and every time. I will go out of my way to visit a competent McDonald's at this point. There is no oversight on if you get the right order, and the wait times are so bad. My best guess is there is no organization at all. They receive orders, and like another review said, "You get what you get so don't throw a fit." Um, no. I will go to another location that will give me what I order in a timely manner. There are other locations within 5 - 10 minutes.

    They forgot my 10 piece nuggets and when we came back they made us wait 20 minutes for it and we ended up going home anyway without it, The fries were old and grease soaked, the employees basically threw us the food bag when they gave it to us, they were super rude to us, honestly the worst fast food experience ive ever had. Will not eat here again.

    The hospitality, love and affection displayed from the young man Bryan, who was on staff is unmatched and needs to be praised. This young man not only greeted me with a smile, asked me how he could help and requested only the best from his coworkers, but he also went out of his way to deliver after any request I made. it is astounding young men like this that give me hope for the future. May Bryan not only be given a raise, promotion, or some sort of hierarchical power. I hope he as well will achieve anything and everything his heart desires. I know he will with his brilliant work ethic. In a generation full of hate, he is the spark. He is the light and the beauty that keeps my candle going. To you, Bryan, thank you sincerely

    After work, my girlfriend and I decided to go to McDonald's. We pulled into the drive thru, and there was a younger guy on the speaker. Seemed like he couldn't really hear too well, but he was also trying to rush us through after placing only half our order. We told him we weren't finished, to which we finished the order and pulled up to the window. We got the receipt, and didn't even have the second half of the order included. I didn't make a huge deal out of it, just went inside and placed a separate order while my girlfriend waited on the first half. What I don't understand is how you're going to rush your customers and yet somehow get the food out in a quick time? Clearly you're not that busy. The food was great, but the professionalism wasn't there.

    The lady with the facial piercings needs to be removed from any customer service position. We pulled up to the window and she asked if we had a Coke and Diet Coke for our order. I let her know that we had food with our order and she screamed at us that of course we had food with our order and she was asking out drinks. She then repeated back our order and handed us bags that didn’t have any of the food she repeated back to us. She told us we get what we get and to not throw a fit. Sorry excuse me? I just paid money for an order and you’re gonna tell me I get what she chooses to throw in a bag for me. That’s not how this works. If she hates her job that much do her a favor and fire her! I’m calling the regional manager tomorrow. This was unacceptable.
