  I said crispy chicken into the speaker. I said and clarified that it was not spicy, just the regular crispy chicken at the window. I get home and I have spicy chicken sandwich. It is really not that difficult. :(

  Terrible all around, they were out of sprite and their service was terrible. My friend wanted a water cup and the worker present ignored her, so all over it was horrible. Busted up location anyways.

  At around 8:45 PM on April 29th I ordered 10 piece nuggets and small fries. When I pulled up to the window, a young man charged my card and said that I still had a balance. Which I thought was weird. He looked at me and then said “you had the five Mcdoubles, right?” I said no. He then ran back and started yelling wait. I sat there for five minutes and left because I was so embarrassed. So I guess I just paid for five people’s meals. It went through on my card. And I didn’t get my nuggets.

  This McDonald’s has been consistently frustrating since I moved over here last year. The service has been rude more than once, from the drive-thru staff all the way to management, even over simple things like trying to use a coupon in the app. The food is usually cold, and getting an issue fixed turns into a whole extra hassle. I use the drive-thru for a reason, so having to circle back around just makes everything take longer and the food gets even colder. And honestly, don’t expect any help about that if you ask. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s locations, and this is the first one bad enough that I felt like I needed to leave a review. Bad attitudes, cold food, and poor problem-solving. They really need to rethink staff training at this location.
