  Ran over there to get a dozen in the drive through. I said my order and once I was dome the girl on the other end was like sorry I didnt get that... didnt get what? I ask... none of it. Literally had to shout my order through the speaker and she kept rudely telling me they did not have about 3/4 of what i was asking for. I finally get to the window and the two girls working the window were laughing about it. I rudely get my order shoved at me and I leave only to find that about half of what I asked for wasnt even in the order. Don't waste your time go somewhere local

  Very dissapointed with this location. Went in with my mom on mothers day as a surprise treat, all she wanted was a hot doughnut, I was going to purchase some donuts and coffee to take with us. The girl was so rude, the hot light had just turned off, but there were still donuts coming off the conveyor belt, she said they were for decoration only and she couldn't give them to us. I was going to buy some, but my mom was so off put by how rude this girl was that she left, and I followed. Yo, Krispy Kreme, next time give out the $0.15 donut because it just cost you a $30 sale. Visited on May 10, 2026 at around 9:15am.

  I wish they had more options available at the time I arrived, I came for the Mother's Day box (didn't have all the options available as advertised)....very busy place so the doughnuts must be delicious 😋

  I bought a dozen glazed and they were dark with a weird texture like they were old. I had already gotten to work so I could not return.

  I tried to order online at 7 am and about half of the donuts were marked "out of stock" already. Since it had only been an hour since they opened, I called and asked if they really were out of nearly half of the menu. The person who answered said they "were out of some stuff" and when I asked about a specific donut, it was indeed in stock, but was marked "out" online. After looking online again I called back and asked if she would please update what was in stock online so I could place an online order. She was very annoyed and said she would but never did. I ended up having to go the overland park location. Great way to lose customers.
