- MKMarievil Rodriguez- Keever1 day ago1.0Came by as soon as they opened hoping for fresh. 6am. Ordered seasonal donuts and a dozen glazed. Both boxes were filled with cold to the touch donuts obviously refrigerated from the day before. Very dissapointed.

- JDJacob DmyterkoJul 1, 20263.0Massive fan of Krispy Kreme, but compared to the other location in the KC metro it always seems like the donuts I get from this location are days old. The glaze never has the hard shell like it does at most Krispy Kreme’s, it is half melted and tastes like the donuts you get packaged at the store (slightly stale, and wet from the glaze having melted off).

The reason why one star was given is because their lobby stay closed on major celebration. So what should have been a fast and easy $200 order pick-up has turned into a 30 minute wait

I am local but they consistently have Too Good To Go boxes available and even though the pick up is late in the evening, the associates are always ready and happy to help. Today I had a mix up on the app and though it was likely user (my) error, the gentlemen working was kind enough to work with me AND not make me feel like a dummy. That meant a lot because I was on my way to the hospital to say goodbye to a family member and the fact that I didn't have to stress about something like that made a huge difference in the rest of my day. Thank you all for always being kind and consistent. Also they've been great about my daughter watching the process when the Red Light is on ❤️
