  1 Star Pathetic experience from start to finish. We arrived and there was nobody available to help customers. We stood in the lobby waiting while employees were nowhere to be found. When someone finally showed up, there was no apology for the wait, just a blunt "What do you want to drink?" The service continued to go downhill from there. After eating, I stood at the front counter for nearly 10 minutes just trying to pay my bill. Once again, nobody was around and nobody seemed concerned that a customer was standing there waiting. Apparently customers are expected to wait indefinitely, but if I had simply walked out without paying, I'm sure that would have been a problem. To make matters worse, the food was burnt. Between the poor service, excessive waiting, lack of professionalism, and overcooked food, this was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. This location desperately needs better management and employees who take some pride in their work. I won't be back.

  Zero stars! This is one of the worst Pizza Huts! Very dirty. Waited 10+ minutes, was never waited on, and were the only ones in the restaurant!
