  Normally a good sonic. Placed an order at 5:23 for Mobile. 20 minutes later nothing. Pulled into a spot. Took about 4 tries before someone actually spoke to us. They asked for our order, we explained we had a mobile order and then it would be silence and we would have to press the button again. Finally talked to someone. They said they had our order. Brought us the wrong one. Waiting another 20 minutes, still no drinks. We gave up and left.

  I wouldn't even leave one star but unfortunately you have to to leave a review. My husband and I have given this place 2 chances and both times the food was so greasy that it was running off the wrapper when we opened our burgers and the fries salty an understatement. Also so greasy you could not sit them on anything in your vehicle. Yeah never will I waste my money again

  We ordered 2 large and one small onion ring -- all three orders were hard as a rock and burnt -- also ordered 1 double CB with NO KETCHUP -- got home and it was loaded with Ketchup - ordered 1 - #1 CB - WITH NO KETCHUP -- Instead we recieved a double smash burger again LOADED with Ketchup --- food was ordered at around 6 pm on January 19, 2026 - drove 7 miles home -- tried calling all evening (12 times in total) to report this -- the phone rang 4 times then gave a busy tone ---- how can we contact the McPherson, Kansas SONIC if they don't answer their phone ???? Please advise !!!!

  today "1/13/26 " i ordered two sandwiches, a wrap and a shake online. i also ordered four corndogs but did not receive them with the order. i only received the sandwiches, wrap and shake. the people working need to pay attention to the orders.
