I was pleasantly surprised to experience exceptional service from the staff. One cook in particular named Tyree went above and beyond to make sure our food was amazing. Tyree is a cook which made the experience feel even more amazing. We will be returning because of the quality of service offered from Tyree and the staff.

Our experience at Pizza Ranch in McPherson,KS was phenomenal. A true standout employee was the cook named Tyree. He we above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. He enthusiastically helped with ALL of our requests despite us being in the restaurant near closing time. We will gladly return because of the energy that Tyree exudes. We are incredibly grateful for the lovely experience. Thank you Pizza Ranch and thank you Tyree for being so amazing.

I’ve eaten Here several times. The food‘s always been good. I always feel like it’s a good deal because you get literally everything for one price you can have a chicken meal. You can have a pasta meal you can have pizza you can have salad you can have your drink you have dessert however much of what you want for one price you won’t get that anywhere else.

The food was well presented and tasty. Pizza actually doesn't agree with me so I was pleasantly surprised to find pastas and fresh greens and vegetables. I mean fresh, too, not soggy or stale. I felt the service was on point. Our arrangements were changed last minute due to the group being smaller than what was booked. The staff handled this and the resulting couple of complaints in stride. Atmosphere is pretty much a pizza joint and arcade. Most of the games are ticket redemption games, there are also two coin pushers. Arcade pricing is reasonable with better deals offered for those who buy more tokens. The coin pusher I played broke down, that's why only four stars on atmosphere, but I did have a good time playing. I live in a different state, making regular visits unlikely, but the next time I'm up that way I will definitely come back for round 2. Give these guys a try!

The only good thing about our experience was the guy who checked us out when we came to the restaurant was very nice and helpful. I wish I remembered his name. Everything else was not great. The salad bar and pizza buffet were not very well stocked. There were not many people in there when we went in. We went into the arcade and when we were ready to check out, there was no one there to help us. My husband went to get someone and was told "umm, were a little busy right now"!?! Really? There was a family in front of us who was waiting. They ended up walking out after waiting for 20+ minutes. We were getting ready to walk out when the only helpful person throughout our entire experience said he would get someone. The girl he had come to check us out had the biggest attitude and acted like she was completely inconvenienced. The store needed to be better staffed if they were so overwhelmed and too busy walking by and staring at us while we were clearly waiting to be checked out. We spent like 120 dollars when we were in the store and this is the treatment we get. I will not be returning. You're a restaurant AND an arcade... be better prepared! Do better! The one star is for the only helpful person/host on 9/19. Thank you, sir!
